Program description
By providing your mobile phone number to Cardinal Contracting, Inc., you consent to receive SMS/text messages from our messaging program. The program sends operational reminders (such as reminders to log work hours) and provides an assistant that responds to messages you send. Participants are Cardinal team members who have provided their mobile numbers to the company for operational communications.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies — typically about one reminder per workday, plus replies to messages you send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Before any SMS messages are sent, each Cardinal Contracting team member signs the following printed consent form:
